The domain
Passing by Sylvéréal, and the Petit Rhône, you enter the “Camargue of the area of the Rhone Delta”. A few hundred meters further, a marvelous ballad waits for you at the Mas de Senebier.
The vinegrowing is a family tradition for several generations.
The vineyard created in 2003 is composed og the typical grape varieties of the appellation, namely Grenache and Merlot.
The estate produces two appellations: Vin de Pays Bouches du Rhône and GPI Sable from Camargue.
The wines
30% Grenache Noir 50% Grenache Gris 20% Merlot.
Salmon-pink color with pale pink tints.
On the nose, it is expressive with notes of red fruits of blackcurrant, strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth, the attack is frank with a good balance between acidity and roundness. We find aromatic notes of fruit. It is a wine of quality to be enjoyed with friends. Wine pairing: as an aperitif, with grilled meat, or with pies
