In October, the leaves change color and fall, the vine goes dormant. Pruning the canes can start.

Pre pruning is mechanical.We must waut for the canes to loose all their leaves and get dry. Then, the vine grower shortens the cane length down to 6 to 2 cm. It correspondes to 2 buds by cane for the 2019 harvest.

Ship are grazing the vineyard during winter time. It is a real ecologic way to mow the lawn and had fertilize the soil  !
